Aloha! So today my yoga teacher training commenced! Hooray!! It was so inspiring and fun to meet fellow future teachers who share the same passions and interests! I feel alot of friendships about to bloom, and an amazing course load I can't wait to dive into.

Today was an amazing start, with four hours of solid yoga practice and getting to know our training schedule and fellow students, each with their own inspiring story of what lead them on this path to teaching others the grace and beauty of yoga. This is the first YTT to be held in the new Shanti Yoga studio, of which used to be a church.
